Soonest(2643) Recognized by the Ministry of Sports – Wins Second Place Nationwide in the “Sports Calendar Ecosystem” Competition.
SOONEST(2643) has been promoting corporate sports and public charity running events for seven consecutive years, earning widespread support and enthusiasm from citizens nationwide. Since first participating in the Ministry of Education’s Sports Administration “Sports Enterprise Certification” program in 2022 (Year 111 of the ROC calendar), the company has been honored with awards—personally presented at that time by then–Vice President Lai Ching-te.
For seven years, SOONEST has held its monthly “Strongest Citizen 5K Charity Run,” and this year, once again receiving recognition from the Ministry of Sports, the company stood out among hundreds of enterprises to win second place nationwide in the 2025 (Year 114) Sports Calendar Ecosystem Points Competition (see Figure 1 below).
Today’s certification ceremony was attended by Deputy Secretary-General of the Presidential Office Ho Chih-wei and Deputy Minister of Sports Huang Chi-huang, who personally commended the certified companies. SOONEST expressed its great joy in being recognized for two consecutive years, earning third place nationwide in 2024 and second place in 2025.
The Sports Enterprise Certification Program marks its 10th anniversary this year. In 2025, 195 companies applied for certification, and 145 were successfully certified—a record high.
