Today, Soonest Express' Network is serving international clients from its 12 branch offices. For the first 14 years, Soonest focused on the Asian market and opened branches in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, and Malaysia. In 1997, the first U.S. based operation was opened in San Francisco, California, where the U.S. headquarters is now located.

With the next five years, the company has expended throughout the US 　and established the first European based office in London.
